We firmly believe that effective communication is the cornerstone for delivering exceptional results to our clients. We strongly encourage clients to provide a clear brief outlining their needs, enabling us to deliver optimal results. In the absence of a brief, we will leverage our experience to create content aligned with expectations. However, it's important to note that without a brief, a perfect match to expectations cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery
We'll send the final content to you via email, unless we've arranged a different delivery method beforehand. Keep in mind that delivery times may vary based on the project's size and complexity. During the purchase process you will have the ability to select how quickly you need the content to be created. Before we kick off any project, we'll need full payment. All payments are made through your account and via our website.
Revisions
We offer a specified number of revisions, the exact quantity contingent upon the project specifications as outlined in the agreed-upon brief. In the absence of a provided brief, revisions may still be considered, subject to the nature of the content and solely at our discretion. You will always get a minimum of two revisions per project delivery.
The customer must create an account to complete payment. Account details will include personal details like a name and password. If a customer violates any of these terms and conditions, we reserve the right to terminate their account.
Payment will be taken at time of purchase. Payment can be made using all major credit and debit cards. All payments will be processed via our third-party payment gateway. Our partner is PCI-DSS compliant and will process all payments via an encrypted secure system. Once successfully processed, payments will appear on bank statements under SHIHAB SOLUTIONS FZE.
Refunds will be given in exceptional circumstances. Please contact us immediately with reasoning if you would like to request a refund. If we grant a refund, it can take up to 10 working days for the amount to appear in your bank account. All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your content.
